Over the last month, I've been planning my return to analog storytelling. All of the scheming resulted in a couple of projects, including:
- A vintage inspired album that holds 10x8 (landscape) papers—more on that in a future post along with how to convert a typical 8x8 album into a 10x8 album with vintage flair
- The Give it Away project in which I give away all storytelling supplies (new and old) for free
- The Playing with Cameras project with my very good friend, Jackie. This one is going to be a blast and I plan to write about our shenanigans as they unfold
- The Daily Appreciations mini book project for daily gratitude/appreciation through November
Naturally, all of this has me amped up with enthusiasm (even more than usual) and ready to dive into it. So, this past weekend, I created the foundation for my Daily Appreciations mini book.
In addition to 30 new textures/papers I made, I've used storytelling elements available through my friend Ali Edwards' shop. Those 30 papers are a good start to Give it Away project and it feels really awesome to share storytelling goodies + creative projects with friends. Which brings me to the following invitation.
Want to join me in this project? I'd love it if you did! I'll be adding patterns/textures, some illustrations, and a printable PDF with mini pages already laid out to My Stash Manager within the next few days. Snag these supplies for free and share your project in the community. I'd love to see your project!
